Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with SunflowerRaes! Here's how we ship your order, what it costs, and when to expect it.
Order processing
All orders ship from the UK with Royal Mail and are fully tracked. You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. Free local pickup is available: Friday's 9am - 4pm, Saturday's 9am - 4pm and Sunday's 10am - 3pm.
Delivery times
These are delivery estimates only and do not include your order's packing and processing time.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, the busy Christmas period, and carrier delays can occasionally add time, especially for international orders.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the total weight of your order, including packaging.

International parcels can weigh up to 2kg. If your order is heavier, please email us at info@sunflowerraes.co.uk and we'll arrange shipping for you.
Customs, duties and taxes
United Kingdom: No customs charges apply.
European Union: Orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties and handling fees. If these are collected at checkout, you won't pay anything further on delivery. If they aren't collected at checkout, they may be due on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.
USA: Our US service is delivered duties paid. Any US import duty is paid when we post your parcel, so you won't be asked to pay anything on delivery.
Australia and International: Orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and handling fees set by your country's customs authority. These are due on delivery and are the customer's responsibility. Please check your local import rules before ordering.
Please note: customs processing can add time to delivery.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll correct it before your order ships.
Lost, damaged or delayed parcels
If your parcel is lost, damaged or delayed, contact us and we'll work with Royal Mail to sort it out.
Order changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before your order ships, but once it's with Royal Mail we can't modify it. Refunds for cancelled orders are made to your original payment method.
